Tired of pain it takes to find qualified tenants?

AptsHub.com, renting made easy™ is the result of my experience as a small landlord part time dealing with renting my apartments. The problem was that paying someone else to find me a tenant was costing me almost a month of rent and taking more time than it should. I needed to find tenants but I did know how to get them effectively and just avoided it. But I got tired of waiting more than a month for the expensive list agent to find me qualified tenants. I started to face my fear and try to list my apartment online on craigslist. Now I have a new problem! The list is generating so many phone calls, too many for me during my work day to track! It was a nightmare to track:

- Who was really interested?
- How to actually screen if they are qualified?
- Scheduling showing?

It was frustrating and an absolute nightmare. Then, each person wanted to see the apartment at a different time. Finding a convenient time to meet with them was another pain.
